‘Shree Swāmi Samarth Maharaj’s preaching were very simple and easy to follow. Some of the important ones are as follows:-

• Know that Lord dwells in all living entities and look for ‘Him’ in them.

• Do not be lazy and simply make merry without completing your duties and doing your "Karma" diligently.

• While performing "Karma", discharging one's duty is the real "Dharma" (Religion; Principles to follow). Put this in day to day practice.

• Bow down to your parents. Do not forget your ancestors.

• One who leads you on the righteous path is the "Guru". Serve him with devotion.

• Chant continuously. Do ‘Bhajans’. Worship the Lord.

• Do not fear. Even if the death approaches you, I will stop it.

• I eat at anybody’s house. Cast and Creed do not stop me from doing so. Do charity of food. Feed others.

• Even if my devotees are thousands of miles away from me; they are still very near me, for I am everywhere’.

• Lakhā eats jaggery but does not give it to me.

• I am not controlled by anybody. I am ever free to do what I want.

• Surrender unto Saints. All the holy places are mine.

• You will reach God only if you perform "Karmas" without expectations.

If we follow the above given advice of Shree Swāmi in our lives, Shree Swāmi Samarth Maharaj will be happy and Maharaj will be very pleased with us.
